She Lied, and She Abused

Democratic Party Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton lied to the families of the terrorist-murdered Benghazi fallen when she told them they died as a result of a movie-prompted riot, and she lied to the American people when she repeated that lie in more public remarks.

Now she’s planning to abuse the family of a man killed by police in New York City.  Here’s Erica Garner, daughter of Eric Garner, the slain man, on revelations exposed in Clinton campaign emails:

I’m troubled by the revelation that you and this campaign actually discussed “using” Eric Garner…. Why would you want to “use my dad?”  These people will co-opt anything to push their agenda. Police violence is not the same as gun violence.

And Clinton, through her staff, also targeted the daughter, Erica:

I’m vey [sic] interested to know exactly what @CoreyCiorciari meant when he said “I know we have an Erica Garner problem” in the #PodestaEmails19[.]

Both of these—the lies and the planned abuses—are done solely for personal political gain by a purely political person.

Do we need this in our national government?  Or in any level of our governance?

No Wonder Chelsea Was Upset

In a newly released memo written by Teneo CEO, President Bill Clinton senior advisor, Clinton Foundation consultant Douglas Band, Band spent 13 pages outlining how he

raised money for the Clinton Foundation from top-tier corporations such as Dow Chemical and Coca-Cola that were clients of his firm, Teneo, while pressing many of those same donors to provide personal income to the former president.

And [emphasis added]

The memo, made public Wednesday by the anti-secrecy group WikiLeaks, lays out the aggressive strategy behind lining up the consulting contracts and paid speaking engagements for Bill Clinton that added tens of millions of dollars to the family’s fortune, including during the years that Hillary Clinton led the State Department. It describes how Band helped run what he called “Bill Clinton Inc…..”

Bland’s term, “Bill Clinton Inc,” not mine.

This is the level of integrity and the depth of conflicts of interest we can expect if Democratic Party Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is elected in a short couple of weeks.

Furious Agents

Recall the latest revelation concerning the FBI’s pseudo-investigation of now-Democratic Party Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton; her unsecured private email servers; her unsecured emails, including those two thousand classified emails and emails with classified data in them (which rendered them classified, also, even though markings were absent); and her and her staff’s destruction of thousands of emails that were under subpoena at the time of their destruction.

This latest revelation is the payment by a Clinton acolyte, Governor Terry McAuliffe (D, VA), through his PAC, of nearly $470 thousand and the payment by the Virginia Democratic Party of another nearly $210 thousand to then-Virginia Democratic Party Senatorial candidate Dr Jill McCabe to support her candidacy.  McCabe is the wife of Andrew McCabe, the FBI official in charge of the FBI’s alleged investigation of Clinton.

Judge Andrew Napolitano now is saying that

There are probably 100 FBI agents who worked on the investigation of Mrs. Clinton—hardworking men and women in field who gathered evidence and interviewed witnesses—…and are furious at the decision not to prosecute her[.]

Apparently, they’re not all that angry.  None of them—not a single one—has resigned over the matter.

Clawbacks

The Defense Department ordered as many as 10,500 former National Guardsmen from California to pay back enlistment bonuses totaling as much as $20 million, or $15,000, according to The Los Angeles Times. The bonuses were paid to entice more people to enlist during the US-led wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, a 2013 Inspector General’s report deemed some excessive.

These bonuses were paid the guardsmen 10 years ago in recompense for their re-upping to rejoin those fights, many of them as part of the surge in Iraq.

Just to add insult to this despicable injury, the Pentagon also is charging these men and women interest accrued over those 10 years on the claimed overpayments.

Pentagon spokesman Captain Jeff Davis on the matter:

Soldiers, sailors, airmen and Marines who volunteer to serve this country deserve our gratitude, respect, and the full support of the Department of Defense[.]

Then he noted, out of the other side of his mouth, that these men and women can appeal the clawback demand.

That’s just cynically disingenuous bull.  These men and women shouldn’t have to appeal the clawback order; they shouldn’t have received the order in the first place.

If this were a legitimate clawback, it would have been initiated within a year of the overpayments; the Pentagon would not have waited these 10 years to get around to it.

Finally, note this: the guardsmen who’re being victimized by this…clawback…have come forward and are known to us.  It’s interesting that the Generals and Colonels who’ve instigated this despicable action are keeping themselves hidden behind the closed doors of their Pentagon offices.

More “Missing” Emails

And more destruction of evidence.

From an FBI Form 302:

CENTCOM records shows approximately 1,000 work-related emails between Clinton’s personal email and General David PETRAEUS, former Commander of CENTCOM and former Director of the CIA.  Most of those 1,000 emails were not believed to be included in the 30,000 emails that IPS was reviewing. Out of the 30,000 emails, IPS [Office of Information and Programs and Services, which is responsible for State’s responses to FOIA requests] only had a few emails from or related to PETRAEUS as well as a few related to Leon PANETTA, former Secretary of Defense.

It’s nice that CENTCOM, the other end of the correspondence, had records of the emails, but the emails themselves seem to be “missing.”

Hmm….
