North Korean leader Kim Jong Un declared Saturday that his country was ready to stand up to any threat posed by the United States as he spoke at a lavish military parade to mark the 70th anniversary of the North’s ruling party and trumpet his third-generation leadership.

Baby Kim is full of braggadocio, and he spouts off on a number of things in a number of venues. Sadly, he’s not facing down anything of substance at his parade. My long-deceased grandmother could easily stand up to the Obama administration’s threats.

Obama’s threats are long well-known to be nothing more than a playground taunt: “Boy, oh boy, when I get you.”
